Noah & The Loners - Protest Anger

I have been a champion of Noah & The Loners since Noah Lonergan and his crew started out as the equally feisty Polarized Eyes. At that time, the upstarts were 14 year old schoolkids with a passion for making noisy music. I used to love playing them on my Dandelion Radio Show, always thinking how much John Peel would have approved.

Since then, the band name and personnel may have changed, but that endearing, youthful punk spirit and, more importantly, the ability to write a decent tune have endured. Sometimes I wonder if they are an unstoppable force? Only time will tell, but for the moment here's their latest cut Protest Anger. A song highlighting the issues concerning the right to peaceful protest, freedom of speech and police brutality.

With regards to their live performances, the band say "standing politely in the corner watching the band play is NOT an option. Get ready to go nuts!"

OK, everyone - time to go nuts!
