4am Kru ignite the airwaves with their latest cut Fire Is Our Friend, an enjoyable drum and bass tune featuring voice samples, slinky synths and all the necessary beats to keep your pulse rate in a state of conflagration. Doffing their cap to The Prodigy, it is good to see that legacy continue. For me, the use of time-stretching was also greatly appreciated. A hot recording, certainly one for the pyro-techno lovers!
