MC16's ethos is that "music should challenge, confront, question and entertain - capturing the spirit of true punk rock music". The band have certainly pulled that off with Decent Pubs and Murder, which harnesses that genuine British punk ability to capture the rudiments of society within a 2 minute song. In essence it is a big, shouty chorus surrounded by pinpoint witticisms. Really catchy and rather gobby, it is a killer tune to enjoy in some rundown pub.
