"I bottled your screams to keep them safe. To listen when you wouldn’t hear me", are just a couple of lines from the intriguing lyrics to Rain To You from Swedish band Agent Blå. This is single number two from the indie pop outfit's latest recordings and such is the quality of the new tune, that it merits feature number two on my blog. It is heart-warming to hear such great music coming from a band that formed in 2014. I have not heard their earlier works but, so far, their current work sounds really impressive and easily shines above a lot of indie material that comes my way. In particular, Emelie Alatalo's vocals are simply divine.
I suggest you embrace this single and the last, then grab a copy of their forthcoming album STAB! when it is released on April 12 via VÅRØ Records (Sweden) and Kanine Records (USA). Maybe treat yourself to the vinyl edition?
