Here's a good one to start Halloween week, the track is called 'Monster In My Mirror' and it is by Dead Man Dale - an act from one of my favourite places in the world, Austria. A chorus as hooky as hell - with its rattling bass, fiery guitar and frenetic pace, this is a devilish slice of horror punk that wastes no time getting its claws into you.
The lyrics explore the battle with the monster within and the struggle to keep control of an increasingly unruly alter ego. There's even some suitably evil laughter to set the scene as Dead Man Dale delivers a gloriously ghoulish anthem that's guaranteed to raise a few spirits! Great fun.
